Electricity for Amuyuwoü School

Our team funded and built an 8-panel solar system for a remote village of La Guajira, Colombia - powering lights, refrigeration, and electronics for a school. Ten people from ONEHOPE, including founders Jake Kloberdanz and Kristen Shroyer and Vineyard Investment Partners Dan & Betsy Wright attended this trek in partnership with GivePower.

In Guatemala, where over 50% of the population lives below the poverty line, socioeconomic status is one of the biggest barriers to accessing a quality education. The ONEHOPE Foundation funded a new four-classroom school with updated bathrooms and hand-washing stations to help 1,298 students. Learn more.

Water changes everything.

A shocking 31% of schools globally lack safe drinking water. When children, especially girls, are responsible for fetching water for their families, it cuts into valuable school time. Poor sanitation facilities further hinder attendance. Safe water and sanitation are fundamental to a child's health and development, serving as the bedrock for global education.
