  • Katherine (Kate) Kennedy Allen

    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, ONEHOPE FOUNDATION

    Kate Kennedy Allen has decades of experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. Over the years, she has served in voluntary leadership roles with The Prevent Cancer Foundation, Ocular Melanoma Foundation, KBPK Family Foundation, El Camino Hospital Foundation all while supporting many other wonderful causes.

    Professionally, she now spends her free time angel investing in companies like Pacify, Libation Labs, Boundless Life, Coaster Cycles, and Persimmon. Previously, Kate spent over a decade in health tech between both Silicon Valley and Washington, D.C.

    Kate holds a Doctorate in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University, earned a Master’s in Communication, Culture and Technology from Georgetown University and a BA in Business and Communications from Loyola Marymount University. She also holds certificates in Nonprofit Management (Duke University) and Corporate Social Responsibility (McGill University).

    Over the years, Kate has been recognized for her contributions by The Washington Center for Civic Engagement, Rosewood 40 under 40, Dell’s #Inspire100 World Change Makers, EnVest 40 under 40 and as a World Economic Forum Young Global Shaper.

    CHIEF IMPACT OFFICER, ONEHOPE FOUNDATION

    Kristen Shroyer is a social entrepreneur and disruptor in the wine industry with over 18 years of experience. In 2007 she co-founded ONEHOPE at age 23, making her one of the youngest females in the country to start a wine company. Known for her ability to effectively build and foster partnerships, Kristen has been instrumental in the growth and success of the organization. Along with her partners, Kristen has helped grow the brand from 0 to 1.5 million bottles a year – making it one of the top 250 wineries by volume in the United States.

    Throughout her tenure, she has demonstrated her passion for social impact and leads the company’s giving initiatives as Chief Impact Officer. Under her guidance, ONEHOPE has donated over $10 million to over 40,000 nonprofits. Donations have funded 3+ million meals to help end hunger, built major water projects to provide clean drinking water to 80,000+ people, planted an entire forest in Indonesia, and so much more. She has skillfully combined business growth with a commitment to making a positive difference in the world.

    Kristen was named "40 Under 40" by the Phoenix Business Journal, and just recently an ATHENA finalist by the Greater Phoenix Chamber.

    Jake Kloberdanz founded ONEHOPE with a vision to build the most innovative, iconic, and impactful wine brand of this generation. Since launching ONEHOPE, his leadership has helped the company achieve the following: $10 millions in donations for 40,000+ non-profits, $100+ million in funding, world-class vineyard, home and winery in the heart of Napa Valley. The business has been recognized by Inc. Magazine’s 500|5000 numerous times for being amongst the fastest-growing private companies in the US.

    Other professional accomplishments include: Board of Advisors - 8VC: Top Performing Tech VC with over $5 billion under management, Board of Directors - After The Fire: A foundation he helped name and brand, integral in raising over $1 billion to help communities rebuild after wildfires.

    Honors received include: Wine Enthusiast - “Top 40 Under 40,” Forbes - “Top 30 under 30,” Speaker at The UN Global Summit, TED, Stanford, Cal, and MIT.

    A graduate of Cal Berkeley's Haas School of Business and a two-time National Champion on the Rugby team, Jake now resides in Napa with his wife, Megan, and his two year old son, Jack.
